The Design Research Of Wearable Devices Based For Aging Society

With the continuous growth of China’s population,China has entered the aging society,the aging problem will be a major problem which can restrict the Chinese future development.alleviating the aging society problem requires the joint efforts of the whole society and the whole industry.At the same time,with the development of science and technology,wisdom endowment way is gradually recognized by people,and the new smart devices are emerging in an endless stream.Wearable devices as a kind of new intelligent equipment has begun to change people’s lives.Wearable devices through the sensor monitoring the health of the elderly,help the elderly to improve the quality of life.This provides a new way to solve the series of problems brought by the aging society.In this paper,the wearable device industry status quo of the research,analyzes the development history and status quo of wearable devices,business model,and find the opportunity of the industrial design in wearable device.At the same time summed up the old fitness can be wearable device design method and trend by combing the aging society in the elderly physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics.Currently wearable devices suitable for the elderly on the market still belongs to the initial stage of development.Products exist many problems,can not meet the real needs of the elderly.In this study,we have analyzed the general design and development process of wearable devices,introduced situational designer experience and the design method of design with elderly,and puts forward the complete design and development processes and methods of wearable devices for elderly.And completed the design and development of wearable device prototype of elderly in an an aging wearable device development workshop.
