In recent years, with the popularity of informal learning as the carrier of all kinds of mobile terminals," internet education", "mooc" and "mobile learning" , etc gradually came into our daily life. People have a deeper,more "ego" ,urgent understanding to lifelong learing.In today's world,with the aid of building "credit bank systems", we gradually move into a lifelong education and learning society. Seting up the credit-recognitioned system, promoting the integration of academic education and non-academic education, recognition of the informal learning outcomes for learners,transformation of learning outcomes from different sources,has profound significance to reform and innovation of our country's education system.Our research and practice about "credit bank system" is later and still lie in the exploration stage. Now our country mainly depend on Open University or Radio and Television University to explore the construction of the credit bank across the country or area. Other adult education colleges or institutions have also started to explore the construction of the credit bank system between areas or universities.Research results mainly focused on the theories of translation and enlightenment of the foreign credit bank,but have relatively little on the criteria of the credit recognition and the transfer path of learning outcomes. In this research, we choose the credit-recognitioned standard and the credit bank model between the inter-universities oriented adult education to discuss the transfer process between the certificated achievement in non - academic education and curriculum in the academic education. On the basis of credit-recognitioned theory, this paper mainly completed the following work:(1) Sort out the credit recognition and transfer methods from foreign practices;(2) Summarize three main credit standard systems and two transfer paths of learning outcomes;(3) Try to establish credit-recognitioned standard system for the credit bank model between the inter - universities oriented adult education, and discuss some special cases.(4) Taking the School of Network Education, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example, this paper discusses the construction of the credit bank model between the inter - universities oriented adult education, and gives an example to verify this model.The credit bank model proposed in this paper, to some extent, provides the theoretical and practical basis for the construction of the future credit bank in our college,and also provides some references and guidances for the following researchers to construct the credit bank standard systems,especially for the current adult education institutions to construct a credit bank model from practical level.
