With the rapid development of MOOC in China and the current Internet technology,more and more high-quality educational resources can be shared by the whole society through the form of online open courses.Under the influence of the background of lifelong education,people use MOOC as an efficient and convenient platform to learn,to experience a better learning environment and enjoy better education services.However,with the gradual popularization of MOOC,some new problems have begun to emerge.In this paper,the requirements of MOOC learners for credits are not met,and the development of credit bank and MOOC platform has limitations.To optimize the MOOC-based credit bank model as the research focus,propose optimization strategies for credit banks and The convergence of MOOCs provides new perspectives and new approaches.Based on the literatures of MOOCs and credit banks at home and abroad,this study uses questionnaires and case studies to analyze the limitations of learners' demands and developments,and proposes a MOOC-based credit bank model optimization strategy.The main research content of this paper consists of the following parts:The first part: through the policy review of China's credit bank construction practice and the current status of MOOC research.Based on this,the research background of the MOOC-based credit bank model is proposed,and the problem is clarified from four angles.Through literature research,it sorts out the development status of credit banks and MOOCs at home and abroad,points out the value and purpose of this research,and summarizes the core concepts and theoretical foundations of this research.The second part: Using the questionnaire survey method,some questionnaires were conducted by students from some colleges and universities in Sichuan Province to understand the current needs and views of college students on the service functions of MOOC platform and credit bank.On this basis,the case analysis method is used from the perspective of practice to explain the construction of the National Open University Credit Bank and the implementation of the Sichuan Credit Bank.By comparing the service functions and operation modes of several major MOOC platforms in China,the advantages and disadvantages of each other are analyzed.It summarizes the existing models of the current MOOC and credit bank connections,and the new problems and limitations presented in the development process.The third part: the value analysis of the connection mode between MOOC and credit bank,explained by the optimization path selection and feasibility of the existing model.Starting from the two aspects of service function and institutional mechanism,the author puts forward optimization suggestions to make up for the shortcomings of the current MOOC platform development,innovative development mode,and constructs a multi-party joint credit bank model.The fourth part: Based on the limitations of the MOOC-based credit bank model and the problems that arise,the three strategies of implementation,promotion and security are proposed.Therefore,we will promote the development of credit bank construction and MOOC platform in China,and accelerate the pace of construction of a learning society.
