Xiangxi Area, Dong Nationality, Bai Nationality, Rural Adolescents, Health Risk Behaviors Study On Its Influencing Factors

Teenagers healthy behavior and way of life seriously affects the normal study life of youth,youth physical strength,mental health,determined,is positive the important embodiment of a nation,is one of the important display comprehensive national strength.A large number of studies have demonstrated that the current studies of health risk behaviors are mainly concentrated in the developed region of city,dong in xiangxi area,bai youth health risk behavior research is less.So for xiangxi district of dong,bai rural adolescent health risk behaviors and its influencing factors,is to prevent and decrease of xiangxi district of adolescent health risk behaviors,maintenance of local stability and national unity,and teenage individuals,families and the society as a whole is of great significance.To understand xiangxi district of dong,bai rural adolescent health risk behaviors and to explore the influence of dong xiangxi area,bai rural adolescent health risk behavior factors.This paper which is in xiangxi area channel dong autonomous county and township SangZhi bai youth as investigation object,from the five aspects to investigate health related risk behaviors,by means of questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics and so on were studied.The results of the study are as follows:Dong has 33.65% of the students don't drink milk,41.06% of the students have the habit of partial eclipse;Bai has 23.32% of the students don't drink milk,34.45% of the students have the habit of partial eclipse.Unhealthy diet behavior of dong have 8 people,bai 20 people.Lack of exercise,often watch TV,do your homework more than four hours the incidence of boys were 47.62%,44.00%,28.57%,girls were 59.44%,48.85% and 40.21% respectively.In the sex ratio,boys in index of smoking,alcohol and other substance addiction rates were higher than girls.Learning period of classification,the incidence of playing video game addiction and Internet addiction junior middle school students are 27.59% and 27.59% respectively;High school students were 12.38%,5.73%;Cycling incidence of violations,swimming to the insecure sites dong are 27.57% and 27.57% respectively;Bai were 20.67%,22.26% respectively.Logistics regression analysis showed that: the risk factors for junior high school did not eat breakfast(OR = 1.890,P = 1.890),single parent families(OR = 2.286,P = 2.286),and protective factors for dong(OR = 0.382,P = 0.382),high mother degree(OR = 0.091,P = 0.091);Risk factors for remarried families often surf the Internet(OR = 3.037,P = 0.003),protective factors for junior middle school students(OR = 0.493,P = 0.493),good grades(OR = 0.743,P = 0.743);Protective factors for girls smoking behavior(OR = 0.113,P = 0.000),good grades(OR = 0.450,P = 0.450);Drinking the risk factors for poor academic performance(OR = 1.207,P = 1.207),protective factors for high school students(OR = 0.728,P = 0.728),the girl(OR = 0.257,P = 0.257);Playing video games high risk factors for family income(OR = 2.544,P = 2.544),and protective factors for junior middle school students(OR = 0.395,P = 0.395);Cycling in violation of high risk factors for family income(OR = 2.215,P = 2.215),and protective factors for junior middle school students(OR = 0.382,P = 0.382),dong(OR = 0.706,P = 0.706);Risk factors for junior middle school students study pressure big(OR = 1.621,P = 0.000),the boy(OR = 1.458,P = 1.458),protective factors for good grades(OR = 0.596,P = 0.596).Conclusion: hunan dong,bai rural youth health risk behavior present situation is not optimistic: the partial eclipse and don't drink milk situation is serious,lack of physical activity a high incidence of boys smoking,alcohol consumption situation is serious,junior high school students with Internet addiction scale,ground swimming become threat to the security of adolescent health a big reason,boys fight insomnia,students' learning pressure is also more serious.In rural influence xiangxi district of dong,bai of the influence factors of health risk behaviors among adolescents health risk behavior mainly by nationality,gender,learning,academic performance and other factors.Good grades is to protect factors.Advice: 1,the government perfect the corresponding policies and regulations,strengthen propaganda;2,the school to strengthen supervision,to promote health education;3,pay attention to family education,correctly guide the youth to develop good habits;4,on a regular basis to carry out psychological consultation activities,improve the social adaptation ability;5,youth himself,self health literacy.
