While the openness of the network brings convenience to get information,it also brings various threats to network risks. As the Internet penetrates into the lives of young people,it has become a way of life for young people. However, due to the lack of awareness of cyber risks, some adolescents are weak in information identification and easily exposed to cyber risks. Then,by analyzing the cyber risk situation in the eyes of adolescents,it is possible to grasp to a certain extent the adolescents' awareness of different cyber risks, thereby guiding them to correctly understand cyber risks and improving their ability to perceive cyber risks. In addition, this article explores the factors influencing adolescents 'cyber risk cognition and understands the reasons for adolescents' cognitive differences in cyber risk.It can propose some governance strategies to achieve the purpose of risk communication. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation of adolescents' cyber risk cognition and its influencing factors, and to discuss the research results. The article is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, domestic and foreign literature research related to risk cognition, and the whole research idea. The second part is an introduction to the theory of risk perception. The third part is the preparation, implementation and data processing of the questionnaire. The fourth part mainly describes the current status of adolescents 'cyber risk cognition, including the basic situation of adolescents' cyber risk cognition and the comparison of differences in different levels of risk cognition. The fifth part discusses the factors that affect the adolescents' perception of cyber risk. The sixth part is based on the conclusions and puts forward the strategies for the governance of young people's cyber risks.Theseventh part summarizes the research results and points out the research deficiencies and prospects. This research surveyed 642 adolescents in Chongqing. The research method of questionnaires and literature research were used to explore the basic status of adolescents' cyber risk cognition in detail. It was found that,in terms of the possibility of cyber risk, the scores were ranked in order For: spam, bad information, privacy leaks, defective products bought, network failures, cost overruns, network viruses, network fraud, internet addiction, data loss, malicious harassment, cyber violence, hacking; The severity of the consequences,in order of score: cyber violence, internet fraud, privacy breach, internet addiction, data loss, hacking, malicious harassment, internet virus, cost overruns, bad information, defective products, network failure, junk information. In general, the cognitive scores of young people on cyber risk items include privacy leaks, bad information, online scams, spam,Internet addiction, buying defective products, network viruses, network failures, data loss, and maliciousness.Harassment, cyber violence, cost overruns, and hacking attacks have gradually become lower. The overall average value is 13.46,which indicates that young people's online risk awareness has only reached a general level, and there is still a certain distance from high-risk awareness. After that, this study also explored the differences between adolescents at different cognitive levels. It was found that the differences in adolescents' high and low cyber risk cognition are mainly manifested in adolescents' individual characteristics(gender, age, education)and family economic level. There were no significant differences in juvenile household registration, parents' educational level and occupation. This study also analyzes the factors that affect adolescents' cyber risk perception from both endogenous and exogenous aspects of the youth through analysis of variance and correlation analysis. It is found that among the endogenous factors, the gender, age, education level and personal cyber risk experience has a significant impact on their cyber risk cognition, while adolescents' internet age, internet usage frequency, internet proficiency, cyber knowledge, and internet trust have little effect on adolescents' cyber risk cognition.Similarly,it is found from external factors that family economic level, classmate or friend cyber risk experience, family cyber riskexperience, and risk magnification will affect adolescents' perception of cyber risk to a certain extent, and adolescents' household registration, parental culture, and parental occupation, classmate or friend cyber risk communication, family cyber risk communication, school education, and risk weakening have little impact on youth cyber risk perception.Among them, female adolescents have higher levels of cyber risk perception than males;there is a positive correlation between age and adolescents' cyber risk perception;for cyber risk,upper-grade adolescents have stronger perceived ability;the increase of personal cyber risk experience, classmate or friend cyber risk experience, and family cyber risk experience can increase the level of cyber risk awareness among adolescents;the better the family's economic level, the lower the level of cyber risk awareness; To a certain extent, risk amplifying can improve adolescents' awareness of cyber risk. Finally, the research proposes targeted governance strategies at the individual, family, school, media, and government levels, making the research results practical. The personal-level governance strategy is mainly to strengthen the youth's own awareness of cyber risks and improve their risk prevention capabilities;the family-level governance strategy is to promote youth family risk communication and actively guide young people's online behavior;the school-level governance strategy focuses on strengthening schools network knowledge education to improve the school's network security education level;for the media,it emphasizes the use of the media as a third party communication function to establish a public-media-government trust mechanism;and the communication strategy for the government level is to strengthen the government's leading communication function and prevent and control cyber risks actively.
