Students with poor schoolperformance, show a higher rates of health risk behaviors such as lack of physical exercise, regular playing video games and regular on Internet, traffic violations, fight, encounter sexual harassment, suicidal plan, trying to smoking and Internet addiction. Middle-school students whose mother degree is high, seldom drink milk, traffic violations and try to smoking behavior report rate is low. (4) In Single factor analysis, good emotional intelligence is a protection factor of lack physical exercise behavior, traffic violations and violent; negative life events are risk factors of the health risk behaviours. Multiariate analysis show that:good school performance(OR=0.715), nice emotion regulation ability(OR=0.932) impact the lack of physical exercise behaviour significantly(OR=0.715,0.932). High mother degree(OR=0.768), excellent ability to regulate other's emotion(OR=0.944), low study pressure(OR=1.077) lead to a low traffic violations incidence. Gender(female,OR=0.314), good school performance(OR=0.759) and nice ability to regulate other's emotion(OR=0.948), be punished (OR=1.098) influence violent behavior statistically.Conclusion:(1)The incidence of health risk behaviours is high in Yiyang junior high school students.89.01% students have one or more health risk behaviours. Low mother education students' health risk behaviors significantly higher than the students mother degree high. Male, bad school performance, mother degree low are probably risk factors of the adolescent health risk behaviour. (3)Mother highly educated is a protect factor of health risk behaviours. Good emotional intelligence is a protection factor of some health risk behaviours like lack physical exercise behavior, traffic violations and violent and negative life events are important risk factors of the health risk behaviours.
