| During acute intensive exercise in human body,the body tissue and cells in hypoxia state,the body oxidative stress level enhancement and generate a large number of free radicals.Excessive free radicals and oxidative stress imbalance is sports fatigue and the causes of many diseases.Astaxanthin(amadeus)is a kind of extremely strong antioxidant,can be directly scavenging free radicals and antioxidant enzyme activity increased,at present in the field of medical treatment,health care,sports science has been widely used.Metabonomics research methods have the advantage of comprehensive and accurate.OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of ASTA supplementation on the metabolism of human tranquility,intermittent acute high intensity and metabolic recovery in the metabolic group by using NMR in the metabolomics group.Methods: Select 16 adult male,randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group members take amadeus 12mg/d 21 points,taking 35 d.Experiments in the early morning of 29 d,for the first time the two groups after blood,30s×3/intermittent 3 min,0.075Kg/Kg of body weight load to climb on power cycling.And then immediately after exercise and exercise 1h after fasting venous blood 5ml,in 36 d morning fasting venous blood collection and test the next day 5ml.To deal with blood,~1H-NMR are detected using NMRinstrument,get the fingerprint.Using Mest Re Nova,SIMCA-P and SPSS software for data processing and analysis,identify metabolites and analysis of the function and metabolic pathways of metabolites.Results: The experiment after finding and screening of the metabolites,found a large number of metabolic differences.Including: acetoacetic acid,glucose,creatine,carnitine,lactic acid,citric acid,etc.,they were involved in the metabolism of the body’s energy,mass transfer and signal transduction.In conclusion:(1)Supplementation of astaxanthin to the body in a quiet state of fat metabolism,glucose metabolism,amino acid metabolism and material transmission in the ability to enhance the body’s hormones and nerve regulation,blood ammonia and blood lactate clearance,gluconeogenesis As well as the increase in methyl delivery capacity,decreased oxidative stress and lipid levels.(2)Supplementation of astaxanthin on the intermittent acute high intensity produced a significant impact on the body to enhance the ability of antioxidant and fat metabolism,and showed the body can maintain the internal stability and immunity of the role.(3)After the exercise recovery period,the metabolites of creatine,lipds,amino acids and methylmetabolic pathways were recovered significantly,but branched-chain amino acids and citric acid were not fully recovered;One week after exercise,the body has been completely fully restored;After 1d creatine,carbohydrate,glycerol has been overdosed;supplementation of astaxanthin during this period has the role of promoting the aerobic metabolism of lipids,and increased creatine reserves,to speed up the recovery of amino acids,promote The body’s antioxidant,methyl transfer capacity. |
