Research On The Investigation And Development Strategy Of Shanxi Diving Referees

Diving has been evolving since this competitive sport was introduced into our country in the 19 th century,and the Chinese diving team is thriving in the world now.As an inland province,people concentrate less on diving in Shanxi Province,but there have been some good results,it is inseparable from the province's diving referee fair and impartial attitude of the referee.As a law enforcement officer on the diving competition,the referee's discretion and attitude determines the game and the final results,they are also the leader in the development of diving.Therefore,in the process of development in our province athletics diving,understand the basic situation of the referees and found the problems in the development,combined with the current development stage of diving related countermeasures,in order to promote the healthy development of the diving team,prepare to be held in our province two youth in diving match referee work.In this paper,in order to participate in the 2016 Shanxi 15 th games diving competition and 2017 National Children's diving championship(Taiyuan Division)of the 26 Shanxi Provincial Sports Bureau registered the referee as a research object of investigation,and through expert interviews related to sports management department staff and the Shanxi provincial diving team coaches and other authoritative interviews.The results show that:(1)The number of Shanxi diving referees is relatively small,the basketball referees 8,national level and above high level referees only 3,at a lower level compared with the other province sports referee team score.(2)From the analysis of the sex ratio of the referee team,the number of men is far more than that of female judges,and the proportion of men and women is not balanced.The age structure of the referee team is ladder shaped,and the young referees reserve is abundant,and there is no aging phenomenon.(3)More than 80% of the referees have a bachelor's degree or above,the referee team overall education level is high,but the poor ability to useEnglish,English learning is not enough attention.(4)The majority of the work are coaches,teachers and other occupation,there are some sports college students,more than half of the referee is a trained retired athlete,the referee has certain experience in sports,have a positive impact on the enforcement work.(5)In Shanxi Province,the diving referees have a good grasp of the rules of the diving competition,but they lack the opportunity to practice and participate in the competition.(6)The implementation of the province's diving referees in training,assessment,selection and other aspects of the implementation is not perfect,has not yet formed an independent,strict management system.According to the problems existing in the present stage of diving referees in our province,this paper puts some corresponding measures forward:(1)Vigorously promote the development of diving in our province,encouraget more people to participate in diving and join the referee team;(2)Optimize the structure of the referee team,pay attention to the national level and above the referee training;(3)Enrich the training mode and content,to promote the development of the overall quality of the referee;to hold more diving competitions,increase the number of referees involved in the sanctions;(4)To formulate relevant measures according to the actual situation of the diving referees and the strict implementation of registration,assessment requirements,the registration and examination will be recorded,as an important basis for the promotion and selection,in order to increase the competition between referees,promote the sustainable development of diving referees.
