In order to implement the strategy of enhancing the quality of education and the level of development,and to enhance the influence of Chinese education in the world,the study of higher education has become the focus of domestic scholars.Under the background of building world-class university and world-class subject in China,and accelerate the promotion of education quality in middle and west part,the quality of the national higher education has become a hot spot.There are many scholars analyze the situation of education to help China become an education power.At present,the quality of education in central and western China is worse than in eastern China.Analysis of the gap among the different regions to clear the shortcomings of the middle and west part helps solve the problem of education in the backward central and Western regions.So as to accelerate the rise of education in the central and Western regions,that promotes the balanced development of education in China and leads our country to become a powerful country in education.The differences in higher education degree distribution represent the imbalance in the quality and level of higher education in different regions.Biplot,a visible analysis method,is widely used.Biplot mainly shows the result of the principal component analysis or the singular value decomposition through the graph.Biplot method can respectively represent row and column of the original data set with points and vectors in a graph,which can intuitively and conveniently analysis the information and relationship of the sample and variable.Because of the unique advantages in analyzing data,biplot becomes a highly prized method and it is used in various fields.This paper uses the biplot method to analyze the higher education degree distribution problems.However,because of the particular date set of the degree distribution in the actual analysis,the general biplot method can't be directly used.This paper introduces the bicomponents biplot analysis method and uses a new method to optimize the ? of the bicomponents biplot analysis method,what can ensure the minimum information loss of the original data set.At last,this paper analyzes the distribution of each course in different regions by the bicomponents biplot analysis method and verifies the validity and rationality of the new method.
