Investigation On The Distribution Of Preschool Teacher 's Personality And Suggestions On Optimization Of Sex

From the Psychology point, the world does not exist a man who is exactly man or woman inthe full sense,any individual is characterized by a combination of both sexes, and the sexualdegree is an psychological concept to be used to measure different existence of individual inmale and female characteristics.In this thesis, Bem Sex Role Inventory was used as ameasurement tool to survey the degree of kindergarten teachers’ sexual role degreedistribution;while adding three interview cases of kindergarten teachers, we can understandgender roles concept of these teachers; through questionnaires and interviews, we learned thatthe gender role of kindergarten teachers were mainly located in Androgyny. In terms of thekindergarten teachers themselves, the androgynous individuals should change the overpassedconcept of gender roles at work. Because the androgynous personality traits will affect childrenand themselves; in modern society the gender roles has changed quietly, and we propose tooptimize the degree of gender role for preschool teachers, I will list out suggestion from fouraspects, kindergarten teachers’ work adaptability, family harmony, interpersonal and personalcareer growth.
