Research On The Constitution Construction Of Primary And Secondary Schools In China

China's primary and secondary schools are paying more and more attention to the construction of the school constitution in recent years under the background of the rule of law.The development and implementation of the school constitution is very significant,because it is conducive to the scientific management.It can absolutely help to highlight the school concept,to promote the formation of a good campus culture,to benefit the green development of school,to enhance the school strength and to promote the quality of teachers and students.Under the guidance of the school constitution,the school will be more and more scientific,democratic,outstanding and charming.The author mainly uses the following methods to improve the school constitution construction:(1)Literature Analysis.The author collects information on the school constitution through reading the newspaper,papers,masterpieces and the support of teachers.(2)Investigation Analysis.The author selects schools in Taiyuan so as to understand the status of their school constitutions,and then analyze the reasons and provide effective measures.(3)Case Analysis.The author selects a valuable school in Taiyuan,and has a thorough analysis on its school constitution.However,there are still many problems in the process of construction,such as shorting of the value,the seriousness of the text,and the scientific procedure.Such as: first,the school charter lack the value of the main understanding;second,the school constitution lacks the seriousness of the text;third,the school constitution lacks the scientific reason of the procedure.The author finally formed her own view on school constitution in order to improve the problems.We should always adhere to the principle of legitimacy and democracy,the principle of accuracy and effectiveness,the principle of forward-looking and timeliness,The principle of practicality and character in the process of formulating and enforcing the school constitution.We should enhance the awareness,the seriousness of the text,and the scientific procedure.If we strictly follow the above recommendations,the final outcome of the constitution is bound to be able to reflect everyone's wishes,which laid an effective foundation for the implementation of the Constitution.All in all,this study will provide an effective theoretical basis for the formulation and implementation of the school constitution in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province.It will also further improve the study on the constitution of primary and secondary schools,and promote the scientific management so as to advance the realization of school objectives.
