A great attention has been paid to the organizational commitment and job burnout as well as its negative effects in recent years. On the basis of reviewing the available research achievements at home and abroad. Colleges and universities in Anhui Province are targeted physical education teachers conducted a questionnaire survey, analyzed and discussed the work of job burnout and organizational commitment of the inter-relationship between the two, and findings were analyzed, and recommendations put forward. The results showed that:Organizational commitment and job burnout questionnaire which we used all have the food reliability and validity.Personal attributes of organizational commitment, job burnout are to some extent, but the individual attributes of different factors on the impact of the two differences.Emotional exhaustion and cynicism and emotional commitment and sustained was a negative correlation between commitment, normative commitment and a positive correlation; and low sense of achievement and sustained commitment and emotional commitment to the relationship is not significant, and positively correlated with normative commitment.The paper is divided into four parts: the first part for the introduction, introduces the research background, purpose, meaning and thought; the second part of the organizational commitment and job burnout are two related concepts and theory; the third part of a study design, data and statistical analysis, to verify the research hypothesis, a summary of the text, pointing out the inadequacies of the study and follow-up to the recommendations of the study; The fourth part of the proposals put forward.
