Organizational commitment and job burnout already became popular topics which in the human resources management field.On the basis of reviewing the available research achievements at home and abroad, the research analyzes and discusses the mutual relationship between job bunout and organizational commitment by carrying out an investigation, which is aimed at the young faculty under the age of 35. It also analyzes the survey result and advances relevant suggestions.The result indicated that.Organizational commitment questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire which we used all have the good reliability and validity.In organizational commitment and job burnout various latitudes, the sex and the age have the significance difference in emotional exhaustion,cynicism,continuance commitment.affective commitment and normative commitment;the marital status has the significance difference in emotional exhaustion,cynicism, inefficacy, affective commitment and normative commitment; the education level has the significance difference in cynicism,inefficacy, affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment; the work nature and the title have the significance difference in all latitudes.Emotional exhaustion has remarkable inverse correlation with continuance commitment and normative commitment,but it is not remarkable with affective commitment; cynicism has remarkable inverse correlation with normative commitment and affective commitment, but it is not remarkable and continuance commitment ; inefficacy has remarkable inverse correlation with affective commitment and normative commitment, but it is not remarkable with continuance commitment, Job burnout has significant prediction ability to affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment.
