Research On The Organization And Management Of Comprehensive Sports Events In Jiangxi

Jiangxi Province has hosted and sponsored national and international comprehensive sports in addition to holding the regular comprehensive sports events annually.One is the fifth national farmers' games held in 2004 in Yichun.The other is the Seventh National City Games in 2011 in Nanchang.These comprehensive events have played a positive role in the development of all aspects of Jiangxi.Although comprehensive sports events held in Jiangxi Province are getting bigger and bigger in the scale and specification,there is still room to improvement on the organization and management of events.Given that,the paper studies the organization and management of comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi province by means of literature research method,expert interview method and practice investigation method,taking Jiangxi comprehensive sports event as the research object.The research draws the following conclusions and recommendations:1,The success of the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi province is based on the following 3points:(1)The organizational structure of the comprehensive sports organizing committee of Jiangxi province is the functional departments with event structure,the various departments planned in details with a clear division of labor,the Organizing Committee of the inter departmental communicates and coordinates in tandem to carry out all the work of the organization and management of sports events.(2)The integrated management of Jiangxi sports events can be divided into the following stages: the start-up stage,the preparatory stage,the precompetition stage,the competition stage and the end stage.As a completely comprehensive sports events,the wholeness is emphasized and the whole process of each node is the corn.Each task,each detail about the event organization is well done,which is the premise and fundamental guarantee of the successful completion of the event.(3)The social value of the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi province comes from the success of the organization and management.The organization and management of the event have gradually formed a standardized model and tend to be perfect,but there are details of the work that need to be improved in the process of organizing the event in order to further improve the quality of the event.2,The value of The comprehensive sports events held in Jiangxi :(1)Promote the economic development of Jiangxi province.(2)Promote the development of national fitness program and strengthen the sense of lifelong sports.(3)Promote the exchange and dissemination of culture and red culture in Jiangxi.(4)Sports events have created and improved the social security system of Jiangxi citizens,and enriched the content of benefiting the people.(5)The goal of the comprehensive events enhances the Jiangxi people's pursuit of green,sustainable development concept.(6)Promote the level and condition of Jiangxi competitive sports training,and cultivate sports and event management talents.(7)Improve the urban environment,the urban infrastructure,and create a livable city image.3,Suggestions on the comprehensive sports events organization and management of Jiangxi Province.It is suggested that in holding comprehensive sports events,Jiangxi Province should proceed from the general situation,treating the development of the provincial sports events in a long-term view grasping the division of work,improving the overall quality of events starting from details,emphasizing the socialization of the events,broadening the event funding sources,creating a more extensive public event atmosphere,expanding the cardinal number of the viewers.The work of the Organization Department of the event should be guided by the overall planning of the event,effectively organize,coordinate and control the event investment of people,money,materials,time,information and other resources.At the same time,the event organization departments need to build online and offline system linkage mechanism,and take a variety of ways to solve the problem arising from communicating in organization and management information asymmetry.Only in this way can we successfully complete the sports events and produce greater social benefits.
