With the rapid development of our economy,speed up urban construction,more and more rural labor force transferring to towns,farmers leave hometown came to the city,on the one hand,for the development of the city provides sufficient human resources,promote the development of the city;On the other hand,it caused a series of social problems,one of left-behind children learning problem is very outstanding.Learning is one important way to adapt to society towards socialization,and especially the adolescent stage of learning is very important.For this reason,learning problems of left-behind children has caused extensive concern of the society from all walks of life.From May 2016 to December 2016,the author participated in a program of the social work of the Ministry of Civil Affairs "three areas",with the help of the project,discovering X community exist a new type of left-behind children---left-behind children in the city.However,the left behind children in the city are separated from their parents in space,lack of supervision and guidance in the study,easy to form a bad habit in study,thus affect the learning objectives,learning interest and academic performance.Therefore,the author,through on-the-spot investigation and in-depth interviews,understands the status and influence factors of the X community to left-behind children learning habits,analyzes the particularity of city left behind children's learning habits.on this basis,from the perspective of the social work and the guide of the social support theory,using the methods and skills of social work team work,to improve left-behind children learning habits and enhance learningeffect.Through group interaction and communication,the formation of peer group learning support network,supervise and support the role of peer groups in the study,the formation of long-term support system of city left behind children's learning,improve the learning situation.
