Relationshp Between Jobs-Housing Of Migrant Muslims In Lanzhou City

Residence and employment are two important aspects of adaptation of Migrant Muslims,residence and employment not only involve urban economic life,but also affect the construction of harmonious community.Therefore,the study on the relationship between Jobs-housing of Migrant Muslims is significant to improve the urban adaptation level.Based on the basic data collected by the 2009 and 2014-2016 of Migrant Muslims,this paper tries to discuss the relationship between Jobs-housing of Migrant Muslims in Lanzhou city by using factor analysis and spatial analysis.Firstly,Economic factors and social capital are the primary factors influencing the choice of Migrant Muslims Jobs-housing,and the ethnic factors have a significant influence on Migrant Muslims Jobs-housing choice,space preference is around the Mosque.Secondly,"Living around the Mosque" is far from the Mosque 500 m.Space difference in communities because of the mosque relative size,relative position between mosque and community and the number of houses.Thirdly,The average commuting distance between the Migrant Muslims in 2009-2016 is reduced from 1.21 km to 0.79 km,and the average commuting time is reduced from 6.52 min to 5.78 min.Using the commuting distance,commuting time,residence,employment and the nearest mosque commuting distance,residence,employment and the nearest mosque commuting time,4 indicators distinguish the Migrant Muslims matching status.The Jobs-husing degree of Migrant Muslims is increasing,there is no separation.Therefore,it is considered that the adjustment of the Migrant Muslims :(1)Pay attention to the demand of residence and improve the residence isolation status;(2)Encourage and support Halal food industry development,increase employment opportunities,(3)Improve urban traffic accessibility,reduce the commuting cost of Migrant Muslim.
