Since China stepped into the 21 st century,studying abroad has become a fad and related needs have spurred the further development of the foreign language training industry.As one of the cities that open up earliest in China,due to its the advantages regarding geographical location and national policies,Guangzhou has been included among China's first-tier megacities,which grows at a fast pace.The city is economically developed and boasts a huge population.Therefore,its foreign language training market enjoys tremendous potential,attracting numerous foreign language training institutions,which makes the competition severe.In the industry of foreign language training,language test training targeted those going abroad,ranging from TOEFL,IELTS to various other related tests that have sprung up,is one of the segments that have seen the most rapid growth in nearly two decades.The market has gradually grown from a niche market to one of the mainstream markets today,in which various enterprises of different nature and scale are rivaling each other.Nowadays,the market of the language test training targeted those going abroad tends to be saturated,and the key for the enterprises to survive in the industry is to possess competitive edge in the new situation.Guangzhou Global Elite Training Center is a foreign language training enterprise on the market of language test training targeted those going abroad.Focusing on the market of language test training targeted those going abroad in Guangzhou,especially the competitive strategy of Guangzhou Global Elite Training Center,the author attempts to draw on the study experience at the Center and apply the theories and knowledge he has mastered on the three-year MBA program to develop new competitive strategies that may adapt to the future development of the enterprise.To carry out an in-depth analysis of the competitive strategy of Guangzhou Global Elite Training Center,the thesis is divided into 6 sections,which consists of Introduction(involving research background,significance,enterprise introduction,summary of related theories,research contents and train of thought);Analysis of the Enterprise's Internal and External Strategic Environment;the Enterprise's Strategy Formulation and Selection;the Implementation and Control of Competitive Strategy,and Conclusions and Prospect.The first two chapters are the foundation,and the third and fourth the focus.The fifth chapter puts forward the new competitive strategy formulated for Guangzhou Global Elite Training Center and the implementation measures.Chapter 6 sums up the major points of the thesis.
