The problem of brain drain has been a long time for most enterprises pay much attention to.For training schools,the resignation and the run off teachers are also the major problems that always existed.For the relatively special work nature of the training schools,as a service industry,classroom atmosphere is asked more actively,this will bring higher requirements for training teachers.At the same time,most of them were asked to go to work at night or on the weekend,which was the timewould spend with their families.This will also give training teachers a lot of pressure.In addition,their pay will not as stable or fair as ones who works in public schools,which will lead to the departure of teachers in training schools.The survival and development of the training school will have a great negative impact on the training school and the others.Though A foreign language school in Liuzhou is a general training school in three line cities,Liuzhou is a famous large-scale industrial city in China,its demand for training schools is no less than that of other bigger cities.Therefore,taking A foreign language school as the research object,has it is certain significance for the middle and small size training schools.A foreign language school has a major problem of teachers run off during these last five years.This paper will analyze and find out the reasons for the departure of teachers through interviews with principals,parents' questionnaires and social questionnaires.no teacher occupation career planning and management rules perfect;lack of school culture with cohesive;has no competitive salary system;lack of long-term effective incentive mechanism;no follow-up management of teachers turnover;teachers' work time is not flexible,the lack of teachers' Humanistic care.During the author explore the process of the problem,for the school put forward countermeasures to loss the teachers,by adjusting the structure of salary and welfare policies,establish training and promotion system,improve teachers'autonomy,from hiring start anti erosion to enhance organizational commitment and job satisfaction,eliminate the turnover intention,so as to reduce the losing rate of the school.The results of the losing teacher 's Countermeasures of A training schools,A schools can improve the level of human resource management and culture construction,improve the level of training teachers' working enthusiasm and creativity,helps to reduce the rate of losing teachers,It will help to solve the problem of frequent dimission of teachers in training schools,and also help to reduce teacher turnover rate,improve the competitiveness of training schools and promote healthy development of schools.
