With the deepening of China's overall reform process and the arrival of the era of global economic integration,especially at the present stage,the gradual improvement of the material living standards of Chinese residents has brought the distance between China and the world closer.Under this background,China's demand for high-quality foreign language talents is gradually increasing.Changchun,as the provincial capital city of Jilin Province,has a relatively broad development prospect of foreign language training market.Urban residents pay more attention to the early education of post-00 s and post-10 s.Nowadays,with the launch and implementation of the "all-round two-child" policy,the demographic dividend impact of the education and training industry is gradually reflected,and it is the leading factor for the foreign language training industry.There is a business opportunity that cannot be ignored.The DQ Foreign language School,founded in Changchun in 1992,is dedicated to providing training in English,literature and mathematics courses and comprehensive educational product services to 4-17-year-old students of different segments of the school.DQ has been established since its inception.Together with Longman Group and Beijing Foreign Research Society,we have launched a teaching assistant system represented by Longwen English textbook,and have set up more than 200 campuses in various places,enjoying a certain brand popularity in Changchun.However,the competition of private foreign language training industry in Changchun is fierce at the present stage.On the basis of the lack of necessary industry norms,the existing marketing strategy of DQ Foreign language School cannot adapt to the outside and outside marketing strategies.The demand of marketing environment.Based on the classical marketing theory,literature and case analysis,this paper analyzes the current marketing situation and existing problems of DQ company,and then analyzes the marketing environment of DQ company by using PEST,five-force model.Draw the DQ company marketing improvement development direction.Then,by using STP theory,the target market of DQ Company is subdivided and positioned clearly,and specific improvement suggestions are put forward from the aspects of product,price,market,channel and so on,as well as specific safeguard measures.Based on this,it is also hoped that this study can provide marketing services for educational and training institutions in the same industry.The thought and reference of effect.
