Science and technology more and more applied to every field of life,scientific literacy in citizen's life plays a more and more important role,and for the purpose of scientific literacy training of primary school science education has many problems.The teacher is one of the important factors influencing the primary school science teaching,and teaching design as the connection a key link in the process of teachers' teaching idea and teaching behavior,has the vital role.Based on this,in this paper,the elementary school science teachers in Chongqing as the research object,the teaching design capability of current situation of the development of the random sampling investigation and practice research,and development of primary school science teachers' teaching design ability of effective countermeasures are discussed in this paper.Aiming at the weak link in elementary school science teachers' teaching design,in this article,through classroom observation,questionnaire and interview survey found that the teachers in the teaching idea,teaching goal,teaching process,teaching methods,teaching activities and teaching evaluation of the six aspects of design have more problems.Embodied in:(1)teachers' teaching concept design discipline fracture tendency,cannot form a complete knowledge system;(2)the teaching goal design attaches great importance to the basic knowledge learning,despise the cultivation of thinking and skills;(3)pay attention to the procedural teaching design,teaching process ignores the cultivation of the students' interest;(4)way design from traditional classroom teaching mode,and difficult to keep up with the development of the new technology;(5)teaching activity design emphasizes the correctness of the knowledge,lack of students trial-and-error inquiry learning;(6)outstanding teachers' teaching evaluation design evaluation,lack of students independent evaluation.Finally based on the above research,this paper puts forward raise the teachers' teaching design ability should focus on several aspects:(1)The teaching concept design should break the barrier of the subject and integrate kinds of knowledge;(2)The teaching goal design should trigger students' cognitive conflict and stimulate the problem consciousness of the student;(3)The teaching process design should be close to the practice of student life and highlights the life of classroom teaching;(4)The design should pay attention to the principle of flexible and varied teaching methods,focus on the use of the new media;(5)The teaching activity design should be trial-and-error learning and cultivate students' ability of explore and innovation;(6)The teaching evaluation design should establish multivariate evaluation consciousness and pay attention to students' self and peer evaluation.
