China is a large agricultural country,and a large proportion of primary school students live in rural areas.Improving the scientific literacy of rural students is a key part of improving the overall quality of our citizens in the future.The level of scientific literacy of rural primary school students is closely related to the level of scientific literacy of rural primary school science teachers.Based on jinzhou teachers in rural primary school science curriculum,on the basis of sampling survey,this paper discusses the rural problems present in the primary science teachers,points out that the essence of the problem and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,and studies the existing problems in the teachers' team of science teachers in rural primary schools.First of all,the current situation of the teachers of the rural primary school science teachers in jinzhou district is investigated.The purpose of the investigation,the selection of the object and the main content of the survey were introduced,and the basic information of the sample was introduced.Secondly,analyze the problems found in the investigation and the reasons.Through investigation,we find out the problems of science teachers in rural elementary schools and analyze the causes of problems according to the survey results.In the end,the author mainly expatiates the strategy of optimizing the team of science curriculum teachers in rural primary schools.From three different angles,it is suggested to promote the scientific literacy of the rural primary school science teachers,and lay a good foundation for improving the quality of science education in rural primary schools.In this paper,through investigation about the present situation of rural primary school science teachers,analysis of rural primary school science teachers in teaching,professional attitude,professional development problems,in view of the problem put forward to promote rural elementary school science teachers' professional development strategy.It is hoped that to improve the overall quality of science teachers in rural primary schools is of theoretical value,and it is of practical value to improve the existing problems in rural primary school science teachers.
