Ideological and moral course is one of the most important courses of junior high school.It has an irreplaceable role in students' healthy growth and the promotion of students' moral character development.But with the continuous development of education undertakings and the thought of Yunnan province level exam reform of junior middle school,the course's full mark changes from 60 points to 10 points,the marginalization of the course gets more and more serious,the school,the parents don't focus on learning and the students are weary of studying.If the problem is not really solved,so the effect of the course will not play.The author penetrates schools,teachers and each grade students to do investigation and study,refers to the current important literature and the current teaching reform policy with social environment changes,analyzes the reasons for tired of learning,and tries to put forward some feasible strategies and measures to solve and alleviate students ideological and moral course disgusted phenomenon..The introduction part,starting from the background and significance of research,the paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research and put forward the disgust,ideological and moral course,students ideological and moral course disgusted phenomenon.The first part,on the basis of defining the concept,the author refers to the current situation of Chaoyang middle school students' weariness and point out the performance and characteristics of it.The second part,through survey,questionnaires,combined with the actual situation,the author finds out the methods of theory of node.Then from primary and secondary causes,the author analyzes the reasons for tired of learning.The main reason: The author analyzes mainly from three aspects of students,schools,teachers: first,students' weak knowledge base,poor ability to learn,negative learning enthusiasm,weak willpower;second,the school quality education concept has not been implemented,the students' campus life is single and boring,they don't pay enough attention to the course;third,teachers' knowledge structure aging,lack of teaching skills,single teaching methods.The secondary reason: First,the author analyzes the part of the teaching material content arrangement is unreasonable and theoretical,these two infects had strong influence on the course;second,Improper education methods in family and society had bad influence on the course;Finally,the author analyzes the influences on students' attitude towards exams with the Yunnan province level exam reform.The third part,find out the crux of the problem,suit the remedy to the case,put forward and outspread appropriate,practical solution,form a sustainable strategy.First of all,from the student own construction,strengthen the cultivation of students' learning ability,improve the correct attitude towards learning,stimulate interest in learning and interest.Secondly,school can adjust the teaching material to make it more attractive,at the same time,improve the teaching material to make the teaching goal layering and concrete;promote the construction of campus culture.Thirdly,teachers should improve teaching skills and their own quality,integrate reasonable integration of teaching material,construct the living of the political class.Finally,change the traditional ideas,create a learning family environment,create a good family atmosphere.
