Learning motivation is an internal guide which occupies an important role in learning process,it can sustain learners' learning motivation,so many scholars pay attention to how to effectively initiate learning motivation.,the scholars in the field of education also put forward to learning motivation strategy,after proposed motivation strategy,there are very few empirical studies in view of the strategy of practical.With the continuous development of information technology,the knowledge of hypertext structure is widely existed,the way of knowledge acquisition is more diversified,and it is no longer limited to the knowledge of linear structure of traditional textbooks.The complexity of things means that the connection between knowledge points is complicated,simple linear learning and linear logic thinking is difficult to close to the nature of things;the same time,things in accordance with the established linear model is difficult to adapt to the ever-changing society today.In such a large environment,people began to turn to non-linear,to explore nonlinear,in the field of education,nonlinear learning from this.Against this background,the author use the motive as the breakthrough point,to explore the excitation strategy of nonlinear learning,and carry on the empirical research,to verify the rationality and applicability of the strategy.In this paper,the literature research method,experimental research method and so on methods,are used to explore how to initiate the learners' motivation in nonlinear learning.First of all,to sort out the domestic and foreign research status,related concepts and theory,learn the strategies of how to initiate motivation from linear learning,combined with the characteristics of non-linear learning and influencing factors,then proposed NARACS strategies,that is,need strategy,attention strategy,personal strategy,affect strategy,self-confidence strategy and satisfaction strategy.In order to verify the effectiveness of the strategy,the author use the experimental /control group pre-posttest design method,after two months,collected the data during the analysis,at last,the strategy is confirmed to stimulate the learning motivation,but the emotional strategy is not obvious,therefore,the proposedchanges for the this strategy.
