The development of pre-school education for ethnic minorities is an import ant measure to realize the fairness of education in our country.At present.The p re-school education of ethnic minorities represented by the Lahu people of S C ounty still faces many problems and challenges.The study use literature,observat ion,interviews,questionnaires and other methods to research the environment,cur riculum,teachers of S County Lahu pre-school education.Research found that S County pre-school education,the overall lack of investment resources,uneven distribution.In the city,township,mountain,respectively,formed a "high-qualit y,benchmark" the two different types of services,S County Lahu preschool chil dren mainly receive one-year primary school education in mountain areas.The c ontents of the course are "urban wind" as the main theme,and the local cultur al background is not suitable;Chinese language as the main carrier,"Emphasize s language but does not emphasize grammar",and the Lahu children weak Chi nese language foundation contradictory;Content design "leapfrog","overload",ig noring the Lahu children's existing experience;Curriculum implementation to tea ching materials,a single resource;Teachers,a serious shortage of resources,age structure,poor professionalism,multicultural awareness.Therefore,we must cha nge the external environment system of pre-school education,continue to increa se the financial slopes to the Lahu area,build and cultivate the Lahu pre-scho ol teachers;optimize the internal resource management,strengthen the quality of pre-school education and supervision,The development of Lahu ethnic backgr ound and children's cognitive level of pre-school curriculum,to enhance the La hu children's national self-confidence and identity,to achieve the Lahu culture heritage and development. |
