Teaching management system of standardization,collectivization makes great homogeneity in teachers' teaching activities.Reflected in the teachers,they show the same teaching behavior.This homogeneity phenomenon is increasingly showing its shortcomings and the insufficiency in teaching practice.It causes the lack the commonness and difference of students and the “Replace Teaching with Learning”,“Only Teaching Without Learning” phenomenon,It hindered the development of student individuation and diversification.This phenomenon exists elementary and middle schools in our country all subjects teaching and show similar feature.Chinese teacher's teaching behavior of primary school also show different degree of homogeneity phenomenon.It's disadvantage to cultivate individuality and creativity of elementary student.The study choose six primary school Chinese teachers as the research object in the same school.To observe the Chinese teachers' teaching behavior and interview them of primary school.The study intend to explore the manifestation and reasons of homogeneity phenomenon on primary school Chinese teacher's teaching behavior and put forward the corresponding suggestion.The study found that primary school Chinese teacher's teaching behavior exist the convergence from three aspects.They are The class teaching behavior,The classroom teaching behavior and After-class teaching behavior.The research put forward the corresponding education suggestions on the bases of the actual performance of primary school Chinese teacher's teaching behavior homogeneity and causes.The study make a proposal from theory and actual operational level aim at school administrators and teachers in order to help and thinking the homogenization phenomenon of primary school Chinese teacher's teaching behavior.
