In recent years,the party and the state have paid more and more attention to the quality of ideological and political education.Ideological and political education decision-making is the initial and important part of ideological and political education.Improving the quality of ideological and political education decision-making is the primary task and important guarantee to improve the quality of ideological and political education.In order to achieve the desired goal quickly,and solve problems timely and effectively prevent the occurrence of unfavorable factors,the ideological and political education decision makers need adopt a certain theory and method for the analysis and and judgment on the environment and information of ideological and political education decision-making,develop and evaluate a number of programs,and then select the best one or a group of program to put into effect.This process is named decision-making of ideological and political education.In regarding to the problems in the current ideological and political education decision-making,including unqualified self-quality of ideological and political education decision-makers,general and unspecific goal of ideological and political education decision-making,weak in content timeliness,unimproved decision-making supervision,feedback and accountability system,unimproved innovation of decision-making method etc.,based on the relevant theories and methods of quality management,this thesis analyzes the factors that influence the quality of Ideological and political education decision making by case analysis,logical deduction and literature review.It proposes the main strategies to improve the quality of ideological and political education decision-making,which should optimize the organizational structure of ideological and political education decision-maker,standadize the procedure of ideological and political education decision-making,improve the system of ideological and political education decision-making and innovate the method of ideological and political education decision-making.This thesis is divided into the following four chapters: The first chapter mainly introduces the source of the topic,the research significance,the domestic and foreign research background,the research ideas and methods,and the research innovation.The second chapter primarily focus on the definition and connotation of the quality of ideological and political education and the theoretical basis of the study.The third chapter mainly demonstrate the factors that affect the quality of deological and political education decision-making by positive and negative analysis on the cases of student boycott procession,Yao Jiaxin events,Yanan rectification movement and the activity to learn from Comrade Lei Feng.The fourth chapter disscusses the strategies to improve the quality of ideological and political education from the following four aspects: optimizing the decision-making organization,standardizing the decision-making process,improving the decision-making system and innovating decision-making method.
