On Study Of Student Management In The Technical School Affiliated To Tianjin University Of Technology And Education

Student management is one of the centers in secondary vocational education.As the smallest unit of school,efficient student management is the direct embodiment of school management.Therefore,the study of student management in the Technical School Affiliated to Tianjin University of Technology and Education bears both theoretical and practical significance.This research analyzes the existing problems of student management by means of interviews and questionnaires in terms of students' daily behavior management,classroom teaching management,dormitory safety management and ideological and political education.On the basis of the above research,suggestions have been put forward to,including uniting teaching spirits,learning spirits and managing spirits,promoting the implementation of management system,strengthening teaching quality of moral education,enriching the variety of teaching methods,improving dormitory management system.
