Research On The Present Situation,Harm And Countermeasures Of The Irrational Expression Of College Students In The Network Public Opinion

The network public opinion is the extension and expansion of the social reality.With the promotion of new media technology and the increasing awareness of citizen participation, the expression of opinions of Internet users in the network public opinion had been unprecedented. But public opinion in the network filled with all kinds of irrational behavior. College students as an important group of the use of the network,will be affected by the negative factors of the network public opinion, and thus cause harm to individuals and society. Based on the basic theory, this study makes a research on the present situation of the irrational expression of the network public opinion of college students from the point of view of the empirical research. The research results can provide a reference value for the education authorities and universities to strengthen the college students ideological management, standardize the order of the network.This study was divided five parts: the first part is the basic research of concept,literature review and so on,discussing the irrational expression of network public opinion that concept, characteristics, types and harms, summarizes the shortcomings of the existing research, and on this basis to determine the ideas of this study. The second part is an overview of the irrational expression of the network public opinion of college students. Through the existing literature research, it is found that the irrational expression of network public opinion is a complex network phenomenon. At present,there is no authoritative and clear explanation to the concept. Therefore,on the basis of a large amount of the existing theories, this section is to re-define the concept of irrational expression from the Social Action Theory of Webb Marx. This has laid a solid foundation for further study on irrational expression of public opinion in the network of college students. The third part of an investigation. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 800 college students in Chongqing city, to understand the current situation of college students in the network of public opinion irrational expression. On this basis, analyses related influencing factors that college students network public opinion, attempting to explore the deep reasons of the irrational expression of college students in the network public opinion. In the fourth part, summarized the harms of college students in the network public opinion. It was discussed from the social level,individual level and network level. On this basis, reflected on the existing problems thatcombined with the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The fifth part is the countermeasures. From the ideological and political education science, psychology, sociology, communication science, puts forward the specific guiding measures for irrational expression of college students' network public opinion,that is education response, management and control of public opinion,environmental purification, and self-discipline.
