With the further reform of the vocational education and the clearer training objectives,the requirements for the teachers of vocational colleges will be higher and higher.Therefore,teachers should constantly improve their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in order to promote their professional development,and teachers’ practical knowledge is one of the most important factors that affect the professional development of teachers.The practical knowledge is difficult to express and communicate directly because of its characteristics of silence,situation and practice,which has caused some obstacles for teachers to manage their own knowledge and share knowledge.With the rapid development of visualization technology,the visualization study of teachers’ practical knowledge is also increasing.In this context,this study aims to promote the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges,and explore the visualization of vocational schools’ teachers’ practical knowledge.In this paper,the theory and practice of teachers’ practical knowledge and knowledge visualization are studied in depth,and the theory of schema theory,dual coding theory and visual cognitive theory as a guide to carry out the research.First of all,on the basis of reading and analyzing the literature,the following two aspects are reviewed: One is the teacher’s practical knowledge(meaning,composition,acquisition approach);The two is the visualization of knowledge(visualization of teaching knowledge,visualization of teacher knowledge).Secondly,through in-depth study on the visualization model,combined with the characteristics of vocational education to construct Vocational Teachers’ practical knowledge visualization model,and discusses the model elements(teachers,practical knowledge,visualization tools,the visualization process,principles of visual and visual works),the principle of visual(operability,straightforward,accuracy and easy storage transmission)and visualization process.The visualization process is the core of visualization,in the study,the specific skills and knowledge of vocational school teachers as an example to carry out the detailed design and introduction of operational skills and knowledge of the process of competition guidance knowledge.Finally,taking the professional skill knowledge as an example,the author completes the visualization of the professional skill knowledge in the practical knowledge with two vocational college teachers,in order to provide a reference and demonstration for teachers.This paper provides a reference for teachers of vocational schools’ visualization their practical knowledge,solve between teachers’ practical knowledge is difficult to the present situation of the exchange,sharing,communication,to meet the needs of teachers enhance their practical knowledge,finally promote the professional development of teachers.
