Based on Knowledge Management Theory and Constructivist Learning Theory,this study mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview method and takes the junior middle school English teacher as the research object.The present situation of junior middle school English teachers' practical knowledge sharing and their professional development are analyzed through questionnaires,and the relationship between English teachers' practical knowledge sharing and teachers' professional development is also studied and analyzed.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,the author also draws and analyzes the influence of the practical knowledge sharing on the professional development of the English teachers by interviewing four English teachers,and then draws the conclusion and makes suggestions.In this study,it can be found that the practical knowledge sharing of junior middle school English teachers needs to be strengthened on the network sharing,and the professional knowledge and professional ability will continue to be improved,although the overall level of teachers' professional development is better.The study shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the practical knowledge sharing of English teachers and the professional development of teachers.Furthermore the junior middle school English teachers can effectively promote the individual professionalism by sharing practical knowledge,and different practical knowledge sharing ways or contents of will also affect the professional development of teachers.Through the concrete analysis of the relationship between teachers' practical knowledge sharing and their professional development,this study hopes that teachers can attach important to knowledge sharing thus promoting teachers' development.
