With the development of science and technology,the gradual upgrading of the industry,reducing economic and social demand for labor,rising social position requirements for talents' comprehensive ability,a wave of STEM education which aims to cultivate students' core literacy set off a boom in the global scope.And vocational education as a way to promote big country of human resources into the great power human capital,in recent years,although the reform has been carried out,but there is still a gap between the personnel training and industrial development.This is the focus of this paper that how can vocational education meet the needs of the community.From the perspective of STEM education idea,through the theoretical study of the STEM education,as well as the current situation and analysis of the existing problems,summarizing the STEM education enlightenment to the quality of personnel training about higher vocational education in our country and trying to find out the combination of STEM education and vocational education.Through the study of the relevant framework of the goal of personnel training,this paper puts forward the frame of training ability of vocational education under the concept of STEM education.This paper draws lessons from the STEM concept of "STEM +" with the students as the center and the "5+1" Professional "comprehensive ability-based curriculum system.I hope I can contribute to the connection of vocational education personnel training and international standard.
