In recent years,college students' psychological problems occur one after another,suicide incidents frequently happen,causing the whole society a high degree of concern.The emergence of positive psychology positive psychology makes more and more scholars began to discuss mental health from the perspective of life meaning and psychological capital,trying to strengthen related research on the two respects,some researchers even used group counseling to improve college students' meaning of life and psychological capital.With the continuous enrichment of psychological counseling methods,the Sandplay and the Satia model gradually enter into the field of our vision,playing their own unique advantages in the college students.The Sandplaye mainly takes advantage of nonverbal communication and symbolic meaning in the form of this experience of the game,presenting the unconscious energy in a visible form on the sand table,thereby working on the unconscious;As a positive treatment system,the Sarthera model is based on five characteristics of "being positive,emphasizing the experience and the system,focusing on change,paying attention to the use of therapists themselves," which aims to help individuals "to enhance self-worth,to become a person who can make better choice,to be harmony and consistency".In the study,the Research I aims to investigate the status quo of meaning of life and psychological capital of college students their demographic differences,and to explore the relationship between meaning of life and psychological capital and the internal mechanisms,the results show:(1)college students' meaning of life and psychological capital are at a moderate level;(2)There is no significant difference in the meaning of life and psychological capital between college students' gender,professional,place of residence and whether the only child,but girls' life goals,hope and optimism are significantly higher than boys',the only child's self-efficacy was significantly higher than non-only child;in the grade,senior students' meaning of life significantly lower than freshman,sophomore and junior,their toughness and hope are also significantly lower than the freshman;(3)There is a significant positive correlation between college students' meaning of life and psychological capital;(4)college students' psychological capital can not only directly predict the meaning of life,but also indirectly affect the meaning of life throughself-esteem.On the basis of Research I,the Research II learns from the technical compromise in integrating therapy,and integrates the Sandplay and the Satia model into into the group counseling to improve college students' meaning of life and psychological capital from the perspective of positive psychology.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Group counseling based on the Sandplay and the Satir Model shows an effective intervention approach in enhancing meaning of life and psychological capital of college students;(2)The form of group counseling based on the Sandplay and the Satir Model can be widely promoted and applied.
