Faculty's instructional development has become the focus of attention and research hotspots at home and abroad,but the research on the faculty's instructional development in higher vocational colleges still needs to be strengthened."Education,teacher oriented".The key of improving the quality of higher vocational teaching is to promote faculty's instructional development in higher vocational colleges.It needs faculty's own efforts and external support,updating teaching philosophy constantly,expanding teaching knowledge,enhancing teaching ability,and doing teaching reflection,in order to achieve the comprehensive development of faculty and student growth.Nowadays,faculty's instructional development has become the focus of attention and research hotspots at home and abroad.Compared with the undergraduate colleges,the research on the faculty's instructional development in higher vocational colleges still needs to be deepened.Through the data analysis and the investigation of the present situation of faculty's instructional development in Zhenjiang vocational technical college,it is found that the rapid development of science and technology and the difficulty of personnel training from the rapid development of society,and the lack of teaching consciousness from the college and many other reasons making the faculty's instructional development in Chinese higher vocational colleges with many problems in the instructional development initiatives of college,faculty's perfect behavior and social platform protection and other aspects.These problems will affect the faculty's instructional development in higher vocational college,and thus affect the improvement of the quality of teaching.With the vocational education as the main body,the community-oriented American community colleges and the Chinese higher vocational colleges have many similarities in the training objectives and the running mode.The basic framework of the faculty's instructional development in American community colleges consists of the micro-specific qualified goal and the content,the organization of the center for teaching and learning in American community college and the teacher training service.The faculty's instructional development in American community colleges should be protected by the system,fund and resource platform.Its experience is worth learning for us.To explore the path of the faculty's instructional development in Chinese higher vocational colleges,we must have some scientific theories as the basis and on the basis of drawing on the excellent experience of foreign countries.We should try to solve the problems existing in the faculty's instructional development from faculty's and external factors.From the level of college,we should clear the school orientation,improve the system of security and establish organizational institutions.From the level of faculty,teachers should reflect actively and participate in the communication.From the level of social,the protection of government policy system and the active participation of enterprises provide the faculty's instructional development in higher vocational college with a strong guarantee.
