American Community College as a great undertaking of the process of the United States popularization of higher education, not only has made the great contribution for the American higher education, also has provided very good model for the world higher education's development. The founding of Community colleges caused American higher education to have the deep transformation. The different level's and the different type's Colleges became more reasonable. Building the necessary talent had been further protected. Considered our country is being in the higher education popularization under the background, more and more people want to enter institutions of higher education to study. Then in guaranteed that part of people enter in the foundation which the first-class university studies, lets more people have the opportunity to further pursue advanced studies, and trains the higher professional technical talented person who more societies need is also our society and the higher education common goal.Given this consideration, this paper first takes community college as a research issues.
