Since the implement ation of Chinese compulsory education in minor ity areas in the western region,the ethnic minority students in the western remote areas have gradually joined the army of compulsory education,the problems such as accommodation and unsuited food arose.these problems has brought great challenges to the "two basics" tackling the implementat ion of the plan.In ethnic areas,with the national characteristics of the food supply is not only the protection of physical and mental development of students,or national students to adapt to boarding education thrust.Therefore,it is great signif icance to study the problems of diet management in nat ional boarding students and to improve the quality of diet and improve the quality of catering and improve the satisfaction of catering service.This paper discusses the current situation of dietary management of national boarding students by summarizing the current situation of diet management of ethnic boarding students and summarizes the problems of dietary management,and explores the reasons for the existence of dietary management of national boarding students through the interview method,and provides suggestions for the dietary management of national boarding school students.The main conclusions are:Firstly,the status of national boarding diet management: aspect of Food hygiene: the environment of overall dining for national boarding students is satisfied,but the indoor layout is unreasonable,facilit ies set conditions are not complete;aspect of food quality,canteen recipe is not open enough,the amount of food is generally appropriate,the type of food supply is sufficient,to some extent,the taste of food can not meet the needs of national students,food hygiene status is worried to us;aspect of personnel services,the staff can not know clearly the safety standards;service is lack of patience and courtesy tendencies and weak service existing,,service behavior is improper,coordination and management is not flexible,eating order is chaotic;aspect of related policy,the supervision system is not perfect,communication is not smooth and penetration rate of the school diet health course is low.Secondly,the problems of dietary management of national boarding students can be summarized as the following four aspects: the planning is unreasonable,the facilit ies conditions need to be improved;the management of the custodian;school supervision;opinion communication;Through the visit to the national boarding school and interviews,analysis of national boarding students diet management problems are: diet management funding gap is large,the selection criteria for the management unit is not clear,the school supervision is not in place,the government is not in-depth supervision.Finally,in view of the above five factors,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Combining with the existing conditions of ethnic areas,it is recommended to increase government investment,increase investment in rational planning,increase personnel into the organizat ion of personnel training;strict screening of custodian units,establish strict custody of the trust system,regularly assess the trusteeship,strengthen the management of the school,to broad the regulatory channels,reinforce the eating health education to students,promote the scientif ic supervision of related department of garment,innovate the management mechanism,define the administration author ity,introduce performance review,improve the evaluat ion mechanism to improve the level of diet management and diet supply so that self-confidence,self-confidence,academic self-confidence of the national boarding students are improved.
