| The implementation of the“Withdrawal and School”policy has effectively integrated the original scattered educational resources.At the same time,the number of boarding students in schools with centralized education has increased,and higher requirements have been placed on the management ability of the head teacher directly responsible for student management.The level of class teacher management in boarding primary schools in minority areas is conducive to students’good behavior habits and self-learning awareness.It not only has long-term significance for the growth of students,but also facilitates the formation of school management culture and the inheritance of local national culture.This paper selects all the class teachers of the L City Primary School in Q City of Yunnan Province and 200 students from the first grade to the sixth grade as the research object,and uses the literature method and the questionnaire survey method to study the working methods of the class teacher.The paper analyzes the current situation of the head teacher management work and the problems and reasons in the management of the class teacher to analyze the strategies to improve the effectiveness of the class teacher management work.The head teacher of the school focuses on the safety management and intellectual education.It pays less attention to the adaptability of boarding students in school,moral education,specialty and personality development education.The attitude of the class teacher towards management is more negative and understanding.There are deviations,and students of different nationalities and individuals are managed in a "one-minded"mode.From the questionnaire survey and action research,the reasons for the problems in the management of the head teacher mainly come from four aspects.The first is that the third is the treatment and development limitations of the class teacher’s work,so that the class teacher loses the motivation of work;the second is the pressure of education and teaching;The third is that the overloaded work makes the class teacher tired of coping with the management work;the fourth is that the student safety and security work makes the class teacher feel pressure.The fourth chapter of the thesis is a strategic study on improving the effectiveness of class teacher management in boarding primary schools in minority areas.First,the education authorities should improve the teacher supplementary mechanism and the class teacher guarantee mechanism,allocate teachers in a balanced and rational manner,and establish a sound teacher guarantee mechanism and class teacher.The subsidy issuance mechanism.The second is to improve the functions of the Political and Education Department and implement the duties of the Political and Education Department,and handle the relationship between the Department of Political Education and the class teacher.The third is to ensure that the class teacher has reasonable rest time and learning opportunities.Finally,it is to resume the school-running work of some schools,including the restoration of the running of some small-scale schools and the enrollment of some villages in the fifth and sixth grades. |
