The population in China's ethnic minority areas is sparsely and the economic is underdevelopment, especially in some agricultural and pastoral areas and the masses live in scattered. Therefore, the establishment of boarding ethnic schools is particularly important to protect those children in ethnic minority areas so that they can complete the compulsory education stage.Recent years, China increases the investment in the construction of boarding schools in rural and ethnic minority areas via some boarding school policies. But we still face a lot of difficult on boarding schools management. Most of the recommendations focus on increase investment, improve the infrastructure for scholars boarding schools but less concern on "People" in the boarding schools, especially to boarding schools of various interest pay less attention to management issues closely linked to the boarding. But the quality of management and the success or failure is directly related to all aspects of boarding schools.Therefore, this paper focus on the perspective of education, management and psychology to study the boarding schools management issues in ethnic minority area. We selected the Hua Long's K junior schools in Qinghai Province as a case. We using the methods of anthropological and based on respect and local cultural tradition, use observation and interview to collect information, at the same time, use questionnaire as complementary programs. Through the collection and analysis related data to show the status of boarding school management in Qinghai's ethnic areas.The problems of boarding schools management include:lack of effective leadership, centralized and closed-end management, hardware facilities are very poor, lack of humanities and emotional care on teachers, less education but high pressure management on students, ignore their social needs. To promote the construction and development of the national boarding schools, we need to increase the management efforts and actively exploring on boarding school in ethnic minority areas. First, be helping from a macroeconomic policy, according to local conditions to introduce policies and management for the local boarding school. Policy makers need to fully consider the particularity of ethnic minority areas and adjust; Central and provincial governments need to improve the management of teacher on local boarding schools, fully develop local ethnic cultural resources to leverage national regional economic growth. Second, on the management of boarding school, schools should be people-oriented and improve the level of boarding schools management. School leaders should be innovative management philosophy of the boarding school, people-oriented, multi-channel and widening sources of funding; On the teacher management, focusing on the humane care, concerned about the professional development of teachers; On the student management, attention to student needs, and have full confidence in the students, enhance students'self-management.
