With the increasing enrollment rate of ordinary high schools and the rapid development of urbanization in China,the size of boarding high schools in county towns is expanding.The autonomous management of high school students in boarding schools has become an urgent problem to be studied and solved.This study in a county town of a typical boarding school high school students as the object,using the questionnaire method and interview method,around the boarding school high school students to learn management,behavior management,school management,time management,six dimensions of psychological management,human management,combined with descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis,single factor ANOVA analysis,independent management status of county boarding school high school students and its influence factors are analyzed.Survey results show that the county boarding high school students have a certain capacity for independent management,self management performance in learning and life is good,but in the aspect of interpersonal communication and self adjusting show some weak,at the same time most of the students' participation is not high school activities,time control force is not strong,the lack of independent management consciousness.There are differences in the independent management performance of students in different grades,different genders,non-only and only children,class cadres and non-class cadres,towns and villages.The investigation shows that the students' personal quality and ideological behavior,the class management concept of the head teacher,the school management system and the family management style of the parents have important influences on the students' independent management.In the end,the paper puts forward Suggestions to promote the autonomous management of senior high school students in the county boarding system from four aspects.Wake up the consciousness of self-management and strengthen the ideological education of boarders;To raise teachers' awareness of democratic management and to build and train students' management team;Improve the student autonomous management system in boarding schools and create a platform for student participation;Strengthen home-school cooperation and give full play to the function of family education.So as to improve the autonomous management of students.
