| With the development of society and people's quality of life,all aspects of the social factors and the life of people are more and more close,especially in the high-tech era,it brings people in their life,work and study,however,brings human not only the positive,but also the negative at the same time,while the negative factors in constant threat people's health.College students is a national main builders and successors in the coming decades,the health risk behaviors in the society has seriously affected the college students' life and learning,threatening the health of college students,and having reckoned influence for the future develop meant of college student future development of college students has to be reckoned with.In this paper,1566 college students from four universities of different sex,different schools,different grades,between urban and rural areas,sports professional and non-professional sports college students in Yunnan province in five aspects of health risk behaviors,the Yunnan Kunming region of Yunnan normal university,Yunnan university,Yunnan university for nationalities,Yunnan agricultural university,are compared,and study the specific indicators include bad king diet and unhealthy diet behavior,lack of physical exercise behavior,unintentional injury behavior,deliberately harm behavior,substance addiction behavior,mental addiction behavior,unhealthy sexual behavior.Through the literature material method,interview method,mathematical statistics method of health risk behaviors of college students in Yunnan province is analyzed,according to the results obtained from the relative Suggestions are put forward.The results of the survey show that:1.In the act of poor diet and unhealthy diet,41.1% of Yunnan ethnic college students,don't eat breakfast,is significantly higher than other three universities(P <0.01);With 54.2% of men do not drink milk,31.1% of girls use unscientific control food intake for weight loss;The incidence of second grade students who don't eat breakfast is significantly higher than grade three students(P < 0.01);15.8% of the city university students and 11.0% of the villages and towns often eat dessert.31.9% of professional sports college students do not eat breakfast than non-professional sports college students in the incidence of 26.2%(P < 0.05),5.8% of the non-professional sports university students professional sports college students in eating diet pills index is higher than the incidence of 4.8%.2.In the physical exercise behavior,46.9% of college students in Yunnan agricultural university sity moderate sports less than two days to is significantlyhigher than the other three universities in the past 7 days,(P < 0.01);53.0% of girls in the past 7 days,to participate in extracurricular physical exercise less than 2 times;Grade three students in the past 7 days,less than two days to moderate sports occurrence rate is significantly higher than grade two college students(P < 0.01);46.7% of the non-professional sports university students in the past 7 days,extracurricular physical exercise less than 2 times the incidence of professional sports college students is significantly higher than 9.6%(P < 0.01),54.9% of the non-professional sports university students,less than two days to moderate the incidence rate of sports professional sports college students is significantly higher than 14.2% in the past 7 days(P < 0.01).3.In the act of injury,13.5% of the students in Yunnan university for nationalities have cycling retrograde,significantly higher than other three universities(P < 0.01),44.6% of Yunnan agricultural university students suffer from insomnia,being significantly higher than other three universities(P < 0.01);The boys in the act of unintentional injury were significantly higher than girls;Without a sense of security,loneliness,feeling depressed,insomnia,the incidence of these indicators of girls accounted for 35.8%,49.4%,65.2%,49.4%,which were significantly higher than boys(P < 0.01);9.1% of the second grade students suicidal ideation were significantly higher than that of grade three students with the incidence rate of 3.2%(P < 0.01);City university students in the incidence of feeling depressed index 54.5%incidence of villages and towns of college students is significantly higher than 31.1%(P < 0.01);Professional sports college students in the incidence of unintentional injury behaviors were higher than non-professional sports college students,college PE majors 23.7% and 12.5% of the non-professional sports university students fight,48.5% professional sports college students and 63.9% non-professional sports college students feel depressed,8.7% professional sports college students and4.4%non-professional sports college students tried to run away from home.4.In addictive behavior,Yunnan university for nationalities in smoking,drinking and often no getting to the Internet is not comfortable index of incidence accounted for 28.4%,50.9% and 50.9%,respectively,were significantly higher than other three universities(P < 0.01);Boys in the act of substance addiction were higher than girls,dance of girls watching TV and surfing the Internet time,seeing movies or getting entertainment beyond their expected index of 31.65 and 47.9% respectively,significantly higher than boys(P < 0.01);Incidence of grade three students in Internetaddiction index is higher than the second grade students;31.3% city college students playing electronic games index 24.9% higher than the incidence of township and village college students;Professional sports college students in the incidence of substance addiction behavior were significantly higher than non-professional sports college students(P < 0.01),24.8% of professional sports college students and 13.7%of non-professional sports college students have game playing addiction,25.2%professional sports college students and 14.3% of the non-professional sports university students participate in gambling.5.In sexual knowledge,attitude and behavior,Yunnan nationalities university students in regular fantasy,had had sex,18 years of age and sex and the incidence of behavior with a minimum of 2 people and accounted for 13.8%,51.4%,32.8% and51.4%,respectively,were significantly higher than other three universities(P < 0.01);Year old or younger boys in have to treat sexual arousal,choose sex,masturbation had had sex,with a minimum of 2 people and sex without a condom,recent behavior and make others pregnant index of rate respectively were 67.9%,19.9%,54.75,29.3%,24.5%,14.25,7.2%,were significantly higher than girls(P < 0.01);Grade three students in pregnancy or make others pregnancy index rate is 6.3%,which is3.3% is significantly higher than girls;22.45 city college students with a minimum of2 people and sex index of township and village college students is significantly higher than the incidence rate of 14.3%(P < 0.01);Professional sports college students with28.5% and 28.5% had not received non-professional sports college students with sexual knowledge related to education,66.3% professional sports college students and27.1% non-professional sports college students had had sex,33.8% professional sports college students and 9.0% non-professional sports college students with two or more sex,9.8% professional sports college students and 2.3% non-professional sports college students once pregnant or pregnant others.College students in Yunnan province in the investigation and study of poor diet and unhealthy diet,physical exercise behavior,damage behavior,addictive behavior,there existed a certain degree of sexual behavior in health risk behaviors,has seriously threatened the health of college students in Yunnan province now.according to the situation of college students health risk behaviors in Yunnan province,this paper gives some recommendations from various aspects,at the same time also hope that relevant departments can according to the status of the existing to have some related intervention,control of the university of health risk behaviors. |
