China’s rapid social and economic growth, people’s living standard has beenimproving, adolescent development environment has been greatly improved,physiological disease on the harm they gradually reduced, however by health riskbehavior caused by the new health problem is growing. The university stage as ateenager growing up on a stage, come very naturally is also influenced by the healthrisk behavior of infringement, plus the college students are the builders andsuccessors of the future, it is progress of science and technology and the backbone ofsocial development, their health is paid close attention to by people.This research according to the stratified cluster sampling method,2600undergraduates randomly sampled, unified by trained investigators anonymously onthe Hunan University, Central South University, Hunan Normal University, severalcollege students risk behavior questionnaire. The results of the survey showed: in theuniversity student most likely health risk behaviors: had drunk wine (43.3%),(40.1%)crossing the road, do not participate in the intense physical exercise (36.4%), supportpremarital sex (35.4%), a daily meditation practice more than8h (35.1%), not toparticipate in the small intensity sports (31.3%), do not wear safety belt (23.4%), eatsnacks (20.2%), cycling (16.1%) violation of smoking (13.3%), average weeklyInternet is more than7times (12.3%), a swimming pool (11%), consider the Dutch act(11%), sex (9.4%fight),(6.8%), other behavior the occurrence rate is relatively low.College students of Hunan Province health risk behaviors were gender, grades,students, professional analysis of and comparison between, it has the followingcharacteristics: male incidence than girls: insulted, fighting, unintentional injurybehavior, substance addiction, Internet addiction; and girls higher than the incidenceboys were: lack of sense of security, unhealthy eating and dieting behaviors, lack ofphysical exercise behavior; high grade higher than the incidence of low grade:substance addiction, Internet addiction behavior, health behavior, lack of physicalexercise behavior; rural students with the highest incidence: fighting, unintentionalinjury behavior, lack of physical exercise; the city students the highest rates are:Dutch act behavior, health behavior, Internet addiction disorder, substance addictionbehavior, poor diet and weight control behaviors; liberal arts majors with the highestincidence: insulted, lacking a sense of security, Dutch act behavior, substance abuse, eating greasy food, eat snacks, weight loss, lack of physical exercise behavior;physical education the students had the highest rates of behavior: fight, crossing theroad, a swimming pool, smoking, drinking too much; The students in science with thehighest incidence: without a seatbelt, ride irregularities, drinking behavior, Internetaddiction, do not eat breakfast, do not eat fruit. Experience on Hunan province collegehealth risk ’s characteristics and the reasons for a deep and thorough analysis, and onthis basis put forward relevant intervention measures.
