In recent years,the effective teaching has become a main force in education teaching mode,has become a research hotspot in the field of China's basic education,the effectiveness of classroom teaching will become the goal of pursuit and exploration,and the key to the effectiveness of classroom teaching is that students really do for students to consider,from the fundamental interests of students and according to the specific circumstances of the students by stratified teaching mode in the classroom teaching the same class,for students of different learning goals,tailored to fit different teaching methods and their various thinking and various learning tasks,and ultimately achieve the goal for asynchronous,and effectively improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Class is the basic unit of the school,the class as a unit of the traditional classroom teaching due to various constraints,often develop a common goal,using the same method,set the same problem,layout tasks to different students.A class of students in addition to the age is roughly the same,whether in terms of intelligence or non intelligence factors are different.The new concept of education not only requires students to classroom teaching as the theme,it requires teachers to respect students' individual differences,so tailored,to students,so that each student can according to their actual situation,to maximize the development through learning.On the basis of relevant theoretical knowledge,learn from some previous studies,the Fifth Middle School of Jinghong city as an example,starting from the necessity and feasibility analysis,examples of the junior middle school language classroom teaching experiment,the result of the investigation,that promote the hierarchical teaching effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching in junior middle school,and find the optimization research of strategy.
