With the deepening of early childhood education research, child peer conflict, which is seen as violent behavior at the beginning, has been widely banned. Now more and more researchers realize that as a very important part of child's life, child peer conflict contains a valuable educational opportunity, and the educational value of child peer conflict is becoming much more prominent. If the preschool teachers and child's parents carry out the correct education and guidance,it will to a certain extent promote the sustainable development of child's social awareness and skills. In the context of kindergarten education, the resolution of child peer conflict is often accompanied by the teacher's intervention and guidance limited by the level of physical and mental development of young children. It will be initial problems for first-line preschool teachers to take what kind of guidance strategies, how to consciously guide and promote conflict to be solved when the child peer conflicts occur, and how to grasp the educational opportunities. This research takes the guidance strategy adopted by the teachers to solve the child peer conflict in the regional activities as the entry point, and uses the qualitative and quantitative research methods to carry out the questionnaire survey.Through the questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and practical education observation to 71 teachers in two public kindergartens in Kunming, the quantitative analysis and the case analysis of the teacher's guidance and solution strategies are carried out in the paper and this paper also summarizes the types, analyzing the problems and influencing factors of the guiding strategies adopted in solving the child peer conflict. The paper finds four-aspect problems: there is one-sided view on the teachers' guidance strategies for the child peer conflict and they emphasize on the conflict rather than the conflict resolution, which is because of the influence of teachers' attitudes, emotional attitudes, the specialization degree, the differences among young children, the ratio of teachers and students in the class and students' learning task etc.;the negative influence of guiding strategy is obvious, and it lacks of rational thinking on the development of young children;and it lacks of education sensitivity, and the best opportunity ismissed;it also lacks of flexibility in education, and the guiding strategies are single. In view of the problems existing in the teacher's guiding strategy, the author tries to put forward some educational suggestions to expand the teacher's guiding strategies. It mainly includes establishing the scientific concept of conflict and properly dealing with the peers' conflict;respecting for the subjectivity of young children, and refusing the authority of teachers;enhancing the sensitivity of education, and timely intervening to grasp the educational opportunities;promoting the diversification of strategies to guide the use of more empathy;promoting home cooperation and renewing approach strategy, etc.,in order to maximize the realization of the value of education in the child peer conflict, develop the professional quality of teachers in the process of resolving the child peer conflict and promote the professional level of preschool teachers, which lays a solid foundation of promoting the child's psychological development and social communication skills.
