Applying researching lived experience,this essay studies the lived experience of the primary school class cadres,in order to reveal their comprehensive life and abundant inner-world,the views of their classmates,teachers and parents have on them,and their self-experience when communicating with them correspondingly.Accompanied with the appearance of class cadres’ life-situation and specific stories,some problems usually emerge.This essay is aimed at through problems occurring,pursuing the significance of class cadres,and then introspecting how to better promote their growing.This essay is divided into five parts.Part 1 mainly discussed the causes of the selection of the subject,research significance,research methods and research status.Part 2 discusses the evolution of primary class cadres’ systems and current situation of foreign ones.By applying researching lived experience,Part 3 reveals class cadres’ experience in a form of stories when contacting with classmates,teachers and parents,and the views of those people have on them.Part 4 reveals the positive and passive significance of existence of class cadres so as to pursue the significance and the value of class cadres.Part 5 summarizes the introspection and reconstitution of class cadres useage mode.Previous research usually pays close attention to investigating external operation of class cadres system,while ignoring their inner experience.This essay can be considered a new attempt.Based on the aforementioned studies,the author finds that,in the process of educational practice,the absolutization of teachers’ authority covers the status of students’ subjectivity,that the pedagogical meaning and educational value of class cadres are usually ignored,while the instrumental effect is only emphasized.The essay thinks that students’ subjective status should be respected,the educational value of class cadres system should be excavated,and the cultivation and construction of cadres’ duty should be paid special attention to.The value of classmeeting can be taken full advantage of,so that we can promote students ’participation in class management.Besides,family education should also plays important roles in insight of cadres’ inner experience and their growth.
