In recent years,issues related to class cadres have received widespread attention.However,among the many existing studies,there is very little research on the experience of primary school cadres.Insufficient attention was paid to the inner experience and living world of primary school cadres.Educational phenomenology and experience research can help us to enter the inner world of primary school cadres.This study will select senior class cadres in primary schools as the research object.Describe and interpret the experience of senior cadres in primary school.And try to answer the following questions: First,what is the real experience of being a senior cadre in a primary school? Second,why do senior class cadres have such an experience? How does this experience affect them? Third,what enlightenment does the senior class cadre experience have for students,teachers and parents?The main body and core parts of this study are in chapter 2 and chapter 3.Chapter 2 mainly describes the collected oral and written experience materials,and facing the real cognitive experience and emotional experience of senior cadres in a primary school.Then conduct repeated phenomenological questioning and preliminary reflection,refine relevant topics.Chapter 3 is based on understanding the experience of senior cadres in primary schools,interpret their real situation.The refinedtheme is used as a fulcrum to find meaning,and to explore the essence of the experience of senior cadres in the primary school.Chapter 4 of this study focuses on suggestions from three aspects: students,teachers,and parents,in order to help senior primary school cadres get a more positive tenure experience.
