Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Primary School Class Cadre Training

Class management is an important work in school education.Primary school class cadres play an important role in class management,so the cultivation of class cadres needs our attention.In recent years,educators pay more attention to the cultivation of class cadres than to the cultivation of class cadres.Scholars mainly focus on the selection of class cadres,the system of class cadres,the management of class cadres and the countermeasures.There are few researches on the cultivation of primary school class cadres.Therefore,the research on the current situation and Countermeasures of primary school class cadres cultivation is a valuable research topic.This study mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the current situation of class cadre training.It mainly designs questionnaire and interview questions from the three dimensions of class cadre training concept,class cadre training method and class cadre training content.It finds the problems existing in the current situation of class cadre training in primary schools from the survey results,and analyzes the problems from the three dimensions of class cadre,school and teacher This paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems from three aspects,and puts forward the optimization strategy for the cultivation of primary school class cadres.The optimization strategy is mainly designed around the three dimensions of class cadre cultivation concept,class cadre cultivation method and class cadre cultivation content,mainly including: integrating education resources,promoting the development of responsibility consciousness;creating communication environment,enhancing cooperation consciousness;clarifying responsibilities To strengthen the sense of service;to abolish the "lifelong system" and implement the rotation type;to support carefully and implement the independent type;to enrich the evaluation content and improve the evaluation method;to create practical opportunities and strengthen the organizational ability;to strengthen the sense of self-efficacy and improve the ability of problem solving;to balance the relationship between learning and work and enhance the ability of self-regulation.To a certain extent,this paper can provide ideas for the research of class cadres,provide reference for the cultivation of primary school class cadres from both theoretical and practical aspects,and improve the class management in the cultivation of class cadres.
