Research On Moral Personality Education Of Contemporary College Students

In the 21 st century,our country faces fierce competitions.Economic globalization and culture diversity and the change of technology,these factors bring a huge influence on the framework of moral personality.Old framework is being break down,but the new framework has not already formed.This is a new developing trend during the new period of construct moderately society in an all-round way.University students,as the frontier group who possess new thinking and new technology,are the hope of the society.The moral personality of the modern students direct relates to developing direction of China's society in the new century.In addition,it also relates whether achieve the scientific outlook on development or not and achieve the China dream of Chinese nation's bright prospect on the road to revival.In the 21 st century,the construction of student's moral personality faces many challenges,as well as good opportunity.Many universities grab the priority to build good moral personality,challenges and opportunities appear at the same time.This research starts with these basic concepts,which includes research personality,moral personality and the education of moral personality.This research will further discuss the meaning and proposes the theoretical basis and principle goals.It summaries the theory of personal all-rounded development and the theory of socialization which are made by Max.In addition,the aim of core education is obtain ability in the achievement of the theory of socialization.And use empirical perspective to research the current situation of the education of modern moral personality of modern students through questionnaire.This research uses 400 university students in Jilin Province to analyze the existence of problems.These students offer real their information.Based on the above questionnaires,it explains reasons and availabilities of the personality of modern students.According to the train plans of moral personality of students,and the construction of ideal moral personality of modern university students could not combine with political education.This research discusses three aspects,which includes ‘how to combine with moral education and political education'.‘University how to improve culture level of campus',‘how to train ability have good moral ability,to teach them to get fishes'.These aspects give specific plans of building ideal moral personality during the process of political education.These approaches could enable university students to have health personality,modern personality and moral personality.To achieve political education and have direct influence on improve political education level of university.
