An issue has been drawing attention under the development of society that deaf college students are meeting employment barriers.Therefore,more and more academics start conducting researches on this tough issue through multiple perspectives.Researches mainly focus on improving inner capability and outer cooperating between the government and society.By this,the employment rate of deaf college students can be increased.However,only few people analyze the results caused by deaf college students' job-finding in a microscopic perspective.Usually different levels of how hard one is in finding a job lead to different results.It's an issue which needs further analysis.Whether the unique individual characteristics are motivating hearing impaired undergraduates unique job-finding behaviors? Will this lead them to different positions? Researches will help people get to know the reason under the surface and give more specific solutions and advice towards the job-finding dilemma of deaf college students.Based on job-searching theory,the writer conducts questionnaire survey.The analysis about deaf college students' job-finding is based on five parts: job information,level of finding jobs,expected salary and job-finding cost,self-perception and control of perception,and occupational cognition.Through references of surveys,the writer establishes suitable survey in analyzing deaf college students' characteristics.The surveys that the writer recycles will be conducted in crosstabs and repression analysis.Here are the conclusions: First,job-finding behaviors of hearing impaired undergraduates differ from gender,home address,major in university,hearing capability.Second,self-perception,control of self-perception,and occupational cognition of hearing impaired undergraduates are below the average,which may affect the improvement of their employment rate.Third,all the data like gender,hearing level,home address,expected salary,self perception,control of perception,and cognition of occupation are related to their final jobs.Therefore,we can predict the result in a certain degree.Fourth,hearing impaired undergraduates' approach of jobs,extent of finding jobs,expected salary,and job-finding cost are obviously different from common undergraduates.According to the result of researches,the writers gives advice towards the five parts above:Firstly,improve the college students' job-finding action: First,they should use internet platform to customize job-finding trench.Second,increase the extent of job-finding and improve inner capability.Third,evaluate self capability more objectively and make the expected salary which is suitable in the market.Fourth,improve self-perception and control of perception.Fifth,clarify occupational target,and make it more specific.Sixth,Changing the employment attitude,making connection between on-the-job search and curve search.Secondly:improve the external search environment,and help deaf students successful employment.First,the goverment need to strengthen the policy to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.Second,disabled persons' federation at all levels take the initiative to provide personalized service,helping deaf college graduates get a job.Third,university should change the training mode to balance the development of both the professional ability of deaf students.
