At present,there is a contradiction between supply and demand in the labor market and the economic structure is also adjusted,which made the employment of college graduates increasingly became a hot issue.In comparison,hearing-impaired college graduates' employment was harder than normal college students.Studying on employment quality will provide a more comprehensive perspective on the difficulty of the deaf college graduates' employment.Constructing the evaluation index system for the employment quality of hearing-impaired college graduates will not only enrich the existing researches,but also improve the employment guidance of higher education for the disabled,conducive to the comprehensive quality training of deaf college students and optimize the national employment policies.The purpose of this study was to establish the evaluation index system of the hearing-impaired college graduates' employment quality.At first,analyzing domestic and foreign researches about the connotation of the employment quality,pointing out that the quality of employment is a kind of employment situation which can be evaluated quantitatively.Subsequently,we focus on the evaluation of the employment quality,decided to use Delphi and analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system.Third,we quoted both contents and structure of the evaluation index system of the employment quality of normal university graduates,consult the hearing-impaired graduates' employment guidance teachers and experts in education for the disabled.Through above ways,we formed the final content and structure of the hearing-impaired college graduates' evaluation index system of the employment quality.Forth,by using AHP and combined with the experts' suggestions,we recalculate the indexes weight scientifically and explain the index weight at all levels.At last,launched summarized and prospects of this study.The main conclusions include: First,the important degree of the indexes were compensation benefit,job stability,family satisfaction,professional development,employer satisfaction,job time,career development,job satisfaction,career orientation,and professional counterparts.Second,on the selection of key indicators,normal college graduates pay more value to the salary income and promotion space,while the deaf college students pay more emphasis on social security,job stability,family satisfaction and other indicators.On the selection of characteristic indexes,the satisfaction degree of the organization of the disabled persons,the degree of satisfaction of the graduates to the job location and the distance between the parents and the students,employers satisfaction degree of the cost of the management,the satisfaction degree of the integration of the graduates were not common in the existing employment quality evaluation index systems.Third,special attention should be paid to the following three points: There was a great importance of the protection function to deaf college graduates in work;Hearing-impaired college graduates were eager for a long time and high stability in their employment;Hearing-impaired college graduates had a strong dependence on their parents and were influenced by their parents seriously.
