The new curriculum reform requires students to become the master of study for autonomous learning and cooperative inquiry learning.Cooperative learning group contributed to this way of learning to become a reality.Constructivism learning theory is that group learning is the student the main way of the generation of knowledge.Therefore,the new curriculum reform especially pay more attention to the study group construction and management of teaching process.This paper studies foreign language school affiliated to xi 'an international studies university as an example.It researched the present situation of the study group construction management and found the problem.Analysis and countermeasures are put forward.This research mainly adopts questionnaire method,interview method,observation method.The results prove that 95% of the teachers and 86% of the students agree with the school team construction and management principles.Then they actively participate in the construction and management principles.The team construction and management of foreign language school affiliated to xi 'an international studies university effectively promotes the active classroom teaching mode of propulsion and provides a good platform for the students' cooperative inquiry learning.However,teachers and students think that the present panel long there are large space of ascension.It is unbalanced between classes and subject development also.
