Educational places in primary and secondary schools,the teaching and research group is not only a normal grassroots teaching and research organization,but also a professional organization integrating teaching,research and management in the school,and an important carrier to promote the professional development of teachers.The construction of teaching and research groups is an organizational guarantee to promote the professional development of teachers,It is also the starting point for building high-quality,professional and innovative teachers in China.After nearly 70 years of practical exploration,the construction of China's teaching and research group has achieved initial results,but from the perspective of the theoretical research progress on the construction of the teaching and research group in the past 20 years,especially the progress of the research community,China's teaching and research group construction is in urgent need of transformation.To this end,this study is limited to the elementary school stage and conducts case studies on the construction of elementary school teaching and research groups as learning communities.In this study,the S primary school language teaching and research group was selected as the research object.Through personal participation in the one-semester teaching and research group activities of the language teaching and research group,the relevant materials for the construction of the learning community of the primary school language teaching and research group were collected through observation,interviews and physical data collection.By combing the progress of the construction of the teaching and research group of the S primary school as a learning community,clarify the vision,objectives,content and characteristics of the construction of the teaching and research group as the learning community,and analyze the practical deviations of the teaching and researchgroup of the S primary school under the guidance of the learning community.This discussion explores the shortcomings of the construction of teaching and research groups as a learning community,and seeks to go beyond.The study found that the construction of the teaching and research group of the S elementary school as a learning community has made some breakthroughs:(1)the individual vision of the teaching and research group has gradually transitioned to a common vision;(2)the goal of the teaching and research group construction is to emphasize both teaching and research;(3)the construction of the teaching and research group The content of the initial realization of the connotative transformation and development;(4)The characteristics of the teaching and research group construction are consistent with the concept of the learning community.The shortcomings are mainly:(1)the common vision of the teaching and research group's construction presents the tendency of task forcing and personalization;(2)the goal of the teaching and research group's construction is generalized and empty;(3)the content of the teaching and research group's construction needs to be improved and enriched;(4)the teaching and research group's presentation There are still some gaps between the characteristics of and the effective learning community.In response to the above problems,this study proposes the following transcendental paths to the construction of a primary school teaching and research group as a learning community from the perspectives,goals,content,and characteristics of the teaching and research group:(1)To foster a common vision derived from problem-driven and teacher development needs;(2)It should focus on the construction goals with teacher professional development as its purpose;(3)It needs to be perfected for the integration of teaching,research and management;(4)Highlight the key features centered on cooperation and sharing.
